WHITE HOUSE, February 20, 1904
It is hereby ordered that the Executive Order of
January 25, 1904, restoring to the public domain the tract of country in the state of Nebraska which was "withdrawn from sale and set aside as an addition to the present Sioux Indian Res- ervation in the Territory of Dakota", by Executive Order dated January 24, 1882, is hereby modified and amended so as to permanently reserve from entry and settlement and to con- stitute a part of the Pineridge Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota, the section of land embracing the Pineridge Boarding School Irrigation Ditch and the School Pasture, which when surveyed is supposed will constitute Section 24, Township 35 North, Range 45 West; and said lands are hereby reserved and set aside for said purpose.
