THE WHITE HOUSE, October 8, 1914

  Under and pursuant to the provisions of the act of Congress, ap- proved March 12, 1914, entitled "An Act to authorize the President of the United States to locate, construct, and operate railroads in the Territory of Alaska, and for other purposes," it is hereby ordered that the following lands be, and the same are hereby, withdrawn from set- tlement, location, sale, entry and other disposition, and reserved for townsite purposes, as follows:

  All of Sections 22, 23, 26, and 27, in T. 17 N., R. 1 W., Seward Meridian, Territory of Alaska.
