The Conservative Caucus Research, Analysis & Education Foundation

450 Maple Avenue East, Vienna, Va. 22180 703-281-6782

TCCF (The Conservative Caucus Research, Analysis & Education Foundation) was established in 1976.

Since then, TCCF’s mission has been to provide a) unique, nonduplicative leadership b) in policy battles of strategic importance c) which offer the possibility of success.

TCCF publications include the monthly Eye on Bureaucracy and the twice monthly Howard Phillips Issues and Strategy Bulletin.

The First 100 Ways is an ongoing project to spell out specific steps which can Constitutionally be taken by a President of the United States who is determined to end legal abortion, withdraw from the institutions of the New World Order, restore local and parental control of education, eliminate all direct Federal taxation, defund the Left, end socialized medicine, and return to a system of Constitutional money without a privately-controlled, monopolistic, fractional reserve banking system.

Beginning in the 1970s, TCCF has provided much of the strategic and factual guidance for leaders of key policy battles:

1) providing research and advocacy beginning in the late 1970s in support of a global ballistic missile defense for the United States of America,

2) opposing the unconstitutional provision of Federal funds to thousands of Left-wing advocacy groups – – – backing up our critique with a major fact-gathering effort, utilizing the Freedom of Information Act,

3) refusing to surrender in the battle to restore an effective U.S. military presence at the isthmus of Panama,

4) opposing arms control treaties with America’s enemies, for whom these negotiated "scraps of paper" are, in the words of Lenin, "pie crusts made to be broken",

5) beginning in the 1970s, making the case against socialized medicine, whether advocated by Jimmy Carter, Hillary Clinton, or Bob Dole,

6) introducing "The First 100 Ways" project to spell out specific steps which can and ought to be taken by a President of the United States to restrict the Federal government to its delegated, enumerated Constitutional functions and to restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical foundations, and

7) making the Constitutional case for America to withdraw from the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, NAFTA, the World Trade Organization, and other organizations to which Congress has unconstitutionally transferred control over the resources of the American people and the public policies which govern them.

There is much more.

In support of priorities thus determined, TCCF relies on a comprehensive range of information sources, including periodicals, newspapers, newsletters, television, radio, Foreign Broadcast reports, and the Internet.

The Conservative Caucus Research, Analysis & Education Foundation, Inc. has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service to be a Section 501(c)(3) tax- exempt organization, contributions to which are fully tax-deductible.
